Question 1: How do I experience the Expansion sessions
Once purchased you will then be given access to the online programme from 26th January 2026. Here you will be given access to an Expansion Session bi weekly. It is recommended to experience each session 2 - 3 times with rest and respite in between to allow for the energetic shifts to take place and manifest into REALITY!
Question 2: When does it begin?
The first Expansion session will be unlocked on 26th January for all THIS IS ME Members. Access to the programme will end 3 months later.
Question 3: When are the live Q&A's
Q&A Session 1 will be LIVE on Tuesday 3rd February 19:30pm UK time
Q&A Session 2 will be LIVE on Friday 6th March 15:00 UK time.
Zoom link to access live will be available within the programme, a recording will also be available.
Question 4: What happens if I can't attend the LIVE Q&A can I still ask a question?
No problem, you will be given the opportunity to ask Rachel your questions prior to the LIVE Q&A, Rachel will answer your questions LIVE and a recording will be made available for you to play back when convenient.
